Yes. No matter how many visits per year you choose, you pick any combination of services we offer. Selecting the Premium plan also includes a bonus annual Roof Soft Wash and Gutter Cleaning automatically.
Yes. You can change which services you'd like done at each visit, as long as you let us know at least 1 week before your scheduled visit.
For each visit, you choose a 1-week window that works for you, and we'll send a reminder about a week before we're scheduled to arrive. Weather is also a factor in which day within that week we come out.
We offer flexible billing, including monthly and annual prepay options. Reach out and we'll set up whichever works best for your budget.
Each plan is a 12-month commitment, though you can cancel at any time. If you're on monthly billing and cancel before your year is complete, the remaining balance for that year is charged. Plan pricing is already up to 20% lower than booking services individually, and the annual commitment is what allows us to offer that reduced rate.
Plan pricing is "starting at" for an average-sized home. Homes are quoted individually so your plan always reflects the actual size and scope of your home.
No problem — just give us a call or send a message at least 1 week before your scheduled window and we'll find a new time that works for you. Plan members get priority scheduling.
Absolutely. A maintenance plan covers your regular upkeep, but you can always request a separate quote for anything outside your plan, like a one-time roof cleaning or gutter service. As a plan member, you'll get up to 20% off that extra work since we're already on-site.
